When signing in to IEC for the first time, users can update personal settings and account credentials to align the interface with their preferences and security requirements.

Configuring User Preferences

Users can configure personal preferences in EonKube to customize the IEC user experience.

1. Sign in to EonKube.
2. In the upper-right corner, click the user avatar.
3. Select Preference.
4. Configure the available settings as needed.
   • Language
   • Theme
   • Display Settings
   • Confirmation Setting
   • YAML Editor Key Mapping
   • Helm Charts

Changing Your Password

To improve account security, users can change their password after the first login or at regular intervals.

1. Sign in to EonKube.
2. In the upper-right corner, click the user avatar
3. Select Account & API Keys
4. Click Change Password.
5. Optional: Select Delete all existing API Keys if you want to invalidate existing API keys.
6. Optional: Select Generate a random password if you want the system to create a password automatically.
7. Enter Current Password / New Password / Confirm Password
8. Click Apply
